I already tried different CSV formats without any result. File must be in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding is their advise, even that is not working. I will try with a PC instead of a Mac.

I can easily import resources and users but no reservations. I always get the message 'Empty file or missing header row'. If I make a reservation and export it and import the same reservation, I get the same error message .
Any thoughts?
