At the moment it just says "unknown error go back to previous page"
a co worker took did a troubleshoot and thinks it has something to do with the php. I am not so familiar with programming and such but am looking for help. Earlier we could access the login page but not anything else, this troubleshoot is from that and not the current situation
@juankax - Yes, there are a few people that are 'active' on this forum....... (it is not as popular as some, but not bad for a single-product forum, IMHO)
However, we (and I will say this for "I" - and expect it is similar for others) are happy to answer questions that we are well formed, documented as to the problem and, of course, where we know the answer - and have time to answer (remembr, all this is 'free advice' - if you need paid assistance, that is available, but if you want free help, you have to work on whatever time others can afford to give....)
You reported that you have the "same error" - well, then, it would seem logical that the 'same solution' which was posted must work for you - - - - if not, then you obviously have a different error and therefore you need to be as specific about it as the original poster that got an answer (and I would recommend you create a new post so the particular problem you have is also documented for others.
Lastly (though it should be 'firstly' for you), you might want to take just a moment to search the forum a bit. It was recently reset so there aren't many posts. You will see several "Unknown error" posts (unfortunately that is too general an issue to do a Search for, but there are several posted......) - one of them might fit your 'same error' scenario and have an answer that will help you. If not, then a post with some details about your issue (read those posts that got answers to help you format things if you need), it is much more likely you will get the help you desire.
