Dear experts,
I've seen here https://www.bookedscheduler.com/whatsnew/ that we have the ability to set reservation color by user, resource, or custom attribute value since v2.6.0. I'm using v2.7.6 and so far I didn't see how to use this really cool feature.
Is there a tutorial somewhere that explain how to set this up ?
Thank you in advance.
Arnaud
Color by attribute value
Re: Color by attribute value
User setting is in the config file: $conf['settings']['schedule']['use.per.user.colors'] = 'false'; // color reservations by user
Resource color: Application Management, Resources - Right under where you can upload an image is where you can set the color for the resource.
Custom Attribute: Application Management, Reservations, choose the 3 dots, Reservation Colors - In order for this to work, you need a custom attribute already in the system. Then, basically you are setting a color when the custom attribute is true.
My advice - use color only when needed. Having a schedule with so many colors on it is really hard to look at.

Re: Color by attribute value
Thank you very much for your quick response.
Last question: is there a way to set a color if two custom attributes are checked (check boxes) ?
Thank you in advance.
