Condition to allow group to reserve

Dear experts,

Is it possible for a group of users to have the possibility to make a reservation and not allow for other users from another group to make a reservation ?

Here is an example:
I allow everybody to reserve from 9am to 5pm.
Within the same calendar from 5pm to 9pm I allow only a specific group of users to reserve.

Certainly can be done - moderately simple with a plugin - all depending on just what specifications you need.

This is not a solution, but a work-around... Make 2 sets of schedules 9am - 5pm, and another one for 5pm - 9pm, and then implement the quota based on Schedule
