Restricting Acess
Hi I am trying to use groups to manage permissions as some resources are only going to be available to some users to book. How do I ensure when new users are added to the system they are not given full access to existing resources, and secondly when I add new resources how do I stop all existing users being given full access? How do I ensure when new users are added to the system they are not given full access to existing resources: Application Management, Resources - there is a setting on each resource: Permission is/is not automatically granted.
If permission is automatically granted, then any new user will have permission to it.
when I add new resources how do I stop all existing users being given full access: Same setting as above. When adding a new resource, if permission is automatically granted, then it will be given to all existing users.
