Re: DURATION: between reservations

Sorry, no other ideas without digging into the code.... I'm happy to help, though I'm required by contracts (and my landlord wanting rent every month.... :) to have a Support Agreement. You can contact me through the website below or see more about our Support at https://apps-n-add-ons.com/product.p...

Re: DURATION: between reservations

Is this just on existing reservations or for new ones as well?

My guess is that existing ones won't update (i.e., nothing is 'removed' from an existing reservation when you change things like that), though new ones won't have it.

Re: Add user to group based on email address

Sure there is a way - - we did a very similar thing for a university several years ago. However, it is not an 'out-of-the-box' thing in Booked, it requires a bit of custom software. I'm happy to discuss creating a mod for you (not clear from your description if you want existing or only new users in...

Re: Book/show weeks/months?

Not in 'vanilla', though it is possible to create a custom view of the data (i.e., a calendar specific to your needs that goes by months or years, only certain Resources - - anything!) Same goes for bookings - the core Booked Scheduler is a day/time system, though with not a lot of coding you can ha...

Re: Changing default notification settings

There's not anything by default in the base code, but this is not difficult with a bit of custom work.

Re: Disable Menu Items

Certainly they can be disabled ("anything" that is on a screen or in any code "can" be changed...), though it is not something that is in the base code, so it requires a modification. Some things can be changed through plugins (in particular, some of the things it seems you are possibly looking to l...

Re: No Login Through Google Sign-in

Has anyone written a googleresume.php script so we won't have to rely on www.social.twinkletoesoftware.com for authentication? What should the script contain to proceed with the authentication? Have you read my previous post? What question(s) do you still have? If you would like to discuss funding ...

Re: Ressources Approbation by Users

Such a rule can be made with a plugin (in this case, a PreReservation plugin would be the right one to use).

Re: "Must be booked with" relationship query

Your rule is, as you have seen, similar to the feature in Booked, though is custom enough that it doesn't quite fit the core one. The good news is that it isn't difficult to make a custom plugin for doing just what you are looking to do ("You can only book a meeting room IF you have booked a space i...

Re: can't search the forum

I do what I can (one day I found I was a Moderator when I looked at "The Team" link - no idea why, never discussed it or asked to do it, but happy to help...) and authorize new user messages and delete all the spam (some days that is a 'job'..... which I think keeps the forum pretty clean, bu...
