Blackout time conflict

I'm having some trouble dealing with blackout times at the moment.

We currently have a few Blackout times active (when the rooms are closed), and also to keep up with COVID regulations I've turned on the buffer time before and after each booking (for 30 minutes).

It used to be the case that a booking blackout would not conflict with the ventilation blackout, but suddenly (can't remember if there was an update) there's conflict when trying to make a booking when the buffer time coincides with the closing times.

Is there any way to change this? (Also, would be great if we could modify the blackout times directly on the Schedule rather than the clunky way it's done now)
